3. Intellectual Property & Photo Use

All course materials, handouts, images, logos, and website text are our property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any materials without our prior written permission.

Any licensed or client‐provided photos on this site may only be used with explicit consent and for the purposes agreed upon.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

· Use this site for any illegal purpose

· Copy, scrape, or redistribute content without permission

· Impersonate any person or entity

· Interfere with the site’s operation

6. Service Agreement & Cancellation Policy

Your coaching and course services are governed by a separate Service Agreement, which you must review and sign before any session. That Agreement outlines:

· Fees, deposits, and payment schedules

· Cancellation or rescheduling policies, including any non‐refundable deposits and prorated fees due upon early termination (for medical or other reasons)

· A detailed Fee Schedule is attached as an Appendix to the Service Agreement.

7. Language & Accessibility

This site is available in English and French. You may switch languages at any time via the language selector.

All policies and agreements are provided in both languages; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments by MJR’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site is limited to $100 CAD.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting, as indicated by the “Effective Date.”
