1.     PREAMBLE

1.1.   This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) details your rights and our obligations regarding the collection of certain personal information when you use the website www.momentsbymjr.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and the various features made available on it, such as instant communication tools, messaging, online booking, or online sales.

1.2.   The purpose of the Policy is to inform you about the Company’s practices relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be obtained in connection with the services provided via the Website.

2.2.   Moments par MJR / Moments by MJR (hereinafter “Moments”) may therefore collect the following information relevant to the services offered via the Website:

2.2.1.Personal contact details of a User or of a person involved (collectively, the “Involved Party”).

2.2.2.Personal contact details may include, among other things: first and last name, postal address, email address, and phone number.

2.3.   Personal information is collected by Moments in particular through the various forms that you choose to complete on the Site.

2.4.   No information regarding your credit card will be collected or retained by Moments when using the Site.

2.5.   Any purchase made via the Site will be through the QuickBooks platform. We invite you to read the platform’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at quickbooks.com.

3.     METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION USED

3.1.   Moments collects data relating to your browsing on the Site and your use of the services offered on the Site through the various forms and questionnaires that you may be asked to complete.

3.2.   The User acknowledges and agrees that the data and information collected by Moments will be used to respond to the requests for which the User engages with the Site, as well as for any purpose that is relevant and directly related to the purpose for which the information was collected. 7.     RETENTION PERIOD FOR YOUR DATA

7.1.   All information, data, and records obtained through your use of the Site will be retained for the entire period during which you use the services offered by the Website.

8.     CHANGES TO THE POLICY

8.1.   Moments reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. If applicable, a notice will be posted on the Site.

9.2.   If the User requests a copy, reasonable fees may be charged for the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of such information.

9.3.   If the personal information concerning the User is inaccurate, incomplete, or equivocal, the User may demand that it be rectified.

9.4.   The request for access may also seek the complete deletion of information collected, subject to data that must be retained by Moments to ensure the functionality of its services.

9.5.   The privacy officer must respond to the request for access or rectification within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the request.

10.  RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

10.1. At any time, a User who has consented to the communication or use of information collected in accordance with this Policy may contact the officer responsible for the application of the Policy and the protection of personal information to withdraw this consent. The User understands that by withdrawing consent, Moments will no longer be able to provide the Site’s services.
